Bihar Nagar Nigam Election 2022 : Start of Nomination Form Filling

Bihar State Election Commission will release the official notification for the Nagar Nigam Election 2022. The date schedule has been issued earlier. Candidates have to start to fill the Nomination Form as the commission will officially release the Notification for the Nagar Nigam Election 2022. Commission has issued the ward wise voter list, Voter List can be download form official website.

Filling of Nomitaion Form

Candidates have to fill the Nomination form for the Bihar Nagar Nigam Election 2022. Before submitting the nomination form candidates have to submit their Academic certificates , Character Certificate , their hobbies details , Biodata, Interest in Arts ,Culture & Social Service.

Forms to be filled by Candidates for Nagar Nigam Election  2022

Candidates will be given the Form (प्रपत्र-ग ) with Nomination form,, fill their personal details.  Candidates also have to fill the Oath Letter (शपथ पत्र) during filling the Nomination Form. Other than this candidates have to fill the Form (प्रपत्र-ख) , in this form candidates have to submit the details of their criminal records (If it’s applicable).

Proposer (प्रस्तावक) For Contesting Candidates

Contesting Candidates in Nagar Nigam Election of Bihar during nominations have to have to two  Proposer (प्रस्तावक).  Proposer also have to fill the Oath Letter with contesting candidates. Proposers also have to fill the criminal details (If It’s applicable).

Proposers have to take no dues form from the  Nagar Nigam for supporting the contesting candidates in Nagar Nigam Election 2022.

Eligibility For Proposer (प्रस्तावक)

  • Proposer must be the voter of that ward.
  • They don’t have to be the Proposer of the Others Contesting Candidates.
  • They don’t have to the Contesting candidates of their ward.
  • Age of the Proposer must be above the 21 years.
  • They don’t have to be the employee of the Central or State government.
  • They don’t have to be the dismissed government employee .
  • They don’t have to be in criminal case.
